Our Story: 

Honeydoe Catering was founded to bring delicious Syrian dishes to Chicago. With authentic recipes by a mother & grandmother collaboration, Honeydoe is introducing the finest Mediterranean food to Chicago.

Spinach Mini Pies

Delicious dough, stuffed with fresh spinach, onion, walnuts and a hint of pomegranate syrup, then baked until perfection.

 

Fried Beef Kibbeh Ball

One of our signature dishes. A mix of ground beef & cracked wheat, football-shaped and stuffed with fried ground beef, onions & pine nuts, then fried or baked.

 

Kibbeh Braised in Yogurt

Same Kibbeh mentioned above, slowly cooked with yogurt and rice.

 

Roasted Green Wheat Stew (Farikeh)

A Mix of Farikeh Wheat & green peas, topped with grilled chicken breast & fried almonds..

 

Eggplant tahini Dip (Mtabbal)

Slowly roasted eggplant, mixed with tahini, yogurt and garlic.

 

Milk Cookies

Delicious, fluffy and light milk cookie, balanced sweetness. 

 

 

Mini Thyme Flatbread (Zaatar)

Mix of sun-dried Thyme, herbs and spices with a hint of virgin olive oil, spread on mini flatbreads and baked.

 

Stuffed Grape Leaves:

Mouthwatering traditional dish, grape leaves rollups filled with ground beef and rice, slowly cooked with lemon juice sauce, topped with lamb chops.

 

Beef & Rice (Ouzi)

A delicious mix of rice, green peas, corn & ground beef, topped with grilled chicken thighs and fried almonds.

 

Tabbouleh Salad

Our Signature salad. A mix of fresh parsley, cracked wheat, tomato, onion with lemon juice sauce. 

 

Lentils & Rice (Mujadara)

Lentils & rice mix, topped with caramelized onions.
